Thing #5

One of the advantages of IM is that it is fast. It's almost like a phone call only it's free, which is another advantage. In my personal life I can use it to keep in touch with my family who live all over the United States. I used it in my professional life to get help from Michael as I was setting up WiFi and it worked good! I don't know if any of our patrons will use IM for reference questions, but I think it would work.
